The nature along the coast of Mallorca
It is a joint journey with 4 to 6 executives from various organisations. The professional and substantive focus is supported by sailing, mooring, swimming, cooking, ... in practice. It is an adventurous journey and yet accessible to all. Neither experience nor top conditions are required.
We enter into a powerful process that invites you to grow in your leadership, to look at issues with different eyes, to enter into a dialogue in connection with yourself and your environment, and from there to create options for the future.
THIS JOURNEY IS MADE POSSIBLE BY TIM & SARAH.
Tim a sailor with experiences worldwide and across oceans.
For him sailing is about being on the water in beautiful surroundings combined with the technique of sailing and everything in and around a boat. His goal is to share that passion with others and give them wonderful moments on the water.
Sarah a creative thinker who unravels and sets organisational, team and leadership issues in motion with a keen eye. From her background as a comparative cultural scientist & ICF certified coach, she goes en route with organisations.
THE COMPASS OF YOUR LEADERSHIP
This journey begins with awareness of what has shaped you, what is of value to you as a person and leader, where you stand in life and what drives you.
- What does your inner and professional compass as a leader look like?
- What personal values play a role in your leadership style? How do these relate to the organisation?
- How do you handle renewing your own role as a manager? Which beliefs play a powerful / limiting role here?
- What does the transformation from control to growth look like for you?
- What does your circle of influence look like in your (renewed) role as a leader?
CHOPPY WATERS:
DYNAMICS IN RELATION TO YOU AND THE TEAM
We will dive into the depths of your team and work with the dynamics at play within it and what this means for your role as manager.
- How can you look at your team from the building blocks of a team (Lencioni) and what does this mean for your leadership?
- What does your team look like? What is the relationship between leaders, people that walk along, doubters or people that obstruct ?
- How do you translate your role as leader into behaviour in practice with your team from a connecting and coaching attitude?
- In what way can your team become the engine? How can you make the move from power to strength?
ON TRACK:
YOUR LEADERSHIP IN MOTION
What environmental factors set your leadership in motion and how can you deal with them? Think about changing target groups, needs in society, reorganisations, ...
- Which critical success factors do you need to secure stability even in changes?
- What does resistance mean and how can you deal with it in practice?
- Many roads lead to a final destination: how do you start from what is important, from the intention as the guiding principle to stay on track?
- What do you do as a manager to increase willingness to change? How do you install a growth mindset and an open feedback culture?

This 5-day trip takes place on beautiful island of Mallorca. We sail along the breathtaking coast, a side that can never be discovered via land. We anchor in bays with clear blue waters, the link to the mainland literally cut.
The ship we sail on is a 1974 Trintella V and was then the ‘flagship’ of shipyard Anne Wever, renowned for their high quality shipbuilding, or as e themselves told about their ship: ‘Those who want comfort, space and optimum seaworthiness demand a lot. The Trintela V guarantees these qualities. A ship that commands respect, a majestic appearance on all the world's seas.’
Current owner and skipper Tim purchased the ship in 2020 and equipped it with all modern comforts to travel off grid. He himself took it on a one-and-a-half-year voyage to the Caribbean and back.
Today, he sails with his ship in the Mediterranean and welcomes you for an unforgettable trip!
